This week for the first time together the entire Sobieralski family met their donor, Jane Callahan. Nine months later, Baer is stomping his new light-up shoes down the halls at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. His parents were desperately searching for a very specific adult donor who could help save their toddler's life.
